It depends on our current workload. But, as soon as you reach out, we save you a spot and schedule a consultation, so everyone is on the same pageโliterally and figuratively! Once we understand your vision and the project estimate is approved, we can start right away. Our current timeline is around 2-4 weeks.

Our process is flexible and efficient! It begins with the consultation and estimate. We will then present concepts and refine the visuals. When the final version is approved, we will deliver all filesโand celebrate your new chapter!
*At SMOLDERยฎ, we believe collaboration should be fun! We welcome all questions and comments during the creative process. In fact, the more details we have, the better! Send us all the mood boards, reference images, color palette inspiration, etc.
PHASE 1: After the initial consultation, we will provide a comprehensive estimate with the terms and timeline.
PHASE 2: Once approved, we will present preliminary concepts for your review. A favorite is selected, and then the real fun can begin!
PHASE 3: We refine the identity to make sure it aligns with your vision. Depending on the projectโs scope and goals, we can provide revisions based on feedback.
PHASE 4: The final version is approved. Payment is received, and we immediately deliver your files!
